We will ensure that every time you bring your pet to the Animal Medical Center of Surprise that it will be the best veterinary experience you and your pet has ever had.
As soon as you walk into The Animal Medical Center of Surprise you’ll be taken care of by the friendliest of staff that will get you and you furry friend checked in quickly. Since we are a state of the art practice a lot of communications will come by the way of emails or texts.
Your designated Pet nurse(s) will get you and your pet in an exam room to get some general information from you and to take and record vitals of your pet. Besides the vitals and pet information being recorded in the electronic medical records you will also have access to this information thru your personal pet portal 24/7.
Lastly, the doctor will examine your pet and discuss the physical exam findings and make recommendations based off these assessments. We believe very strongly in providing the best care at the AMC of Surprise. We will always make the best recommendations for your pet and work with you one on one on how to achieve this. Sometimes handouts, examples of other patients X–rays or videos maybe used to offer you a complete understanding of what concerns may be of issue. One of the promises at AMC of Surprise is that your doctor will always be accessible and always be available for questions.
